As many of you probably�know, the 2004 European Oza tournament is being held at the European Go Centre in Amsterdam from February 5 – 8.

Stephen Flinter (1d) (your editor) will be representing Ireland at this event. I hope to be able to post a number of articles during and after the tournament to give a flavour of what’s happening.
