On July 16, Ka Chun Leung forfeited his games, hence, the ‘XXX’ entries for him.
On October 21, Paul forfeited his final game to Chris, due to illness.
Noel beat Ian in their 2nd/3rd place play off, giving Noel a place in the final.
On November 27 Claas beat Chris in their 4th/5th place play off. Noel beat Steve in the first game of the final.
On January 22, Noel beat Steve in the second game of the final, winning the 2006 Irish Championship by 2-0.
