2006 IRISH GO CONGRESS – TOYOTA TOUR
10th – 12th MARCH 2006

PROGRAMME:
A 3 day congress including 2 Irish titles will entice many Go players to Ireland. The Irish Rapid takes place on the Friday evening followed by the 17th Irish Open on Saturday and Sunday.
Players should note that this year the Irish Open is a Top C event on the 2005/2006 Toyota Tour organised by the European Go Federation.
The five-round tournament will be conducted under a McMahon draw, all games will be played with 60 minutes per player and Canadian overtime of 15 stones in five minutes. Japanese rules will be used with a komi of 6.5. All events will be held in The Teachers Club, 36 Parnell Square.
