PROGRAMME:
A 3 day congress including 2 Irish titles will entice many Go players to Ireland. The Irish Rapid takes place on the Friday evening followed by the 18th Irish Open on Saturday and Sunday.
The Irish Open is a five-round tournament conducted under a McMahon draw, all games will be played with 60 minutes per player and Canadian overtime of 15 stones in five minutes. Japanese rules will be used with a komi of 6.5. All events will be held in The Teachers Club, 36 Parnell Square.
