Connaught have retained their interprovincial title for 2010. For a while last night they looked as if they would be in danger of dropping their title as a 3-0 defeat to Ulster looked on the cards. However John Gibson shamelessly ripped off his opponent in the dying moments of the game,  upping their board points total. Final Score Ulster 2 – Connaught 1. Munster can still tie with Ulster for second place if they whitewash Leinster.
