Word has reached us from southern climes that the UCC Club are organising another Go tournament. This year it will be a 5 round Swiss, taking place on the 7th and 8th of December, in the Western Gateway Building of the UCC Campus. Check the website for full details.

Colin MacSweeny represented Ireland this year at the Korean Prime Minister’s Cup. The full results are available at wbaduk. Colin finished in 46th place, with a balanced effort of 3 wins and 3 losses. His victims were the Philippines, Azerbaijan, and Portugal. Well done Colin!

Belfast players did well at the popular Isle of Man Go Congress last week. James Hutchinson(1d) claimed a top ten finish in the main tournament with 3/5, and 2nd in the afternoon tournament with 2/3.
